The more I tried new foods of Japanese, French and Korean style, the stronger my thirst grew for the most familiar tastes that I have known since I was little; that is the Korean Fusion kitchen that applies new traits on traditional Korean foods I have been living together for my entire life. I will do my best keeping basics and first honest mind to find new taste. I am putting my effort to serve dishes that may move customers’ minds.”
